Nekocon 2001 marks the return of this convention to its previous hotel. Last year's even went pretty well in our book (other than the constant running back and fourth to the convention hall). This year we saw some great costumers (Neko attendee's are getting a rep for being the most wild and original when it comes to performing for our cameras!), the Saturday night cosplay was a rough mix of excellent skits and not so excellent skits. On the down side I can only say that we at DCM were quite displeased with the convention's gaming rooms. Also, there the neko mix wasn't able to be shown at the event, but its online now in both Windows Media, and MPEG (check videos). We look forward to next year and would like to thank the Neko Staff for putting on a very smooth on-time event. Dont want to be seen on this site?
