This was DeathCom Multimedia's first trip to Anime Central and was fairly different from what we usually see on the east coast. Before I being my quick summary of the event, Id like to once again thank Kevin Lillard for helping us out with an additional tripod again. Id also like to thank our press contact Kate for hooking us up with what we needed. Aside from seeing a lot of new costumers, Anime Central even ran their game room much differently than we've seen. They used a great deal of full arcade machines. Now this is a really cool idea, however not being on free play was a real bummer. The Saturday night cosplay was also run very differently (which I hear was a first for Acen as well) but with the MC's on the stage, it was like sports commentary after each skit. (you'll see what I mean in the video). Sadly, DCM was denied access to cover the SID concert, but our J-rock correspondent Alexeil has prepared a full review for you. We had a great time, we got a lot of good photos, maybe we'll see you all next year! Dont want to be seen on this site?
